- Continuous Improvement: Harsha Equipments follows a policy of continuous product improvement. Therefore, specifications (such as tray size, motor power, and dimensions) are subject to change without notice.

- Capacity: Stated capacities (e.g., "25 Kg/Hour" or "100 Kg Batch") are approximate and depend on the type of material, moisture content, and operating conditions.
3. Orders and Payments
- Quotation: All prices are subject to the final quotation provided by our sales team. Prices may exclude taxes (GST), packaging, and transport unless stated otherwise.
- Advance Payment: A standard advance payment is required to confirm an order and begin manufacturing.
- Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be cleared before the dispatch of the machinery from our factory in Coimbatore.
4. Shipping and Delivery
- Timeline: Delivery timelines provided are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure, transport strikes, or raw material shortages.
- Transport: Unless otherwise agreed, goods are sold "Ex-Works" (Coimbatore). The buyer is responsible for arranging transport or paying for transport charges.
- Risk: The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the buyer once the machinery leaves our factory premises. Transit insurance is recommended.
5. Warranty and Service

- Coverage: Our machinery typically comes with a warranty covering manufacturing defects for a specific period (as detailed in your specific purchase invoice).
- Exclusions: Warranty does not cover consumables, electrical components damaged due to voltage fluctuations, or damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized alterations, or lack of maintenance.
- Service: We provide 24/7 Service Hotline support (+91 99440 00834). Field service technicians are available for installation and training; charges may apply depending on location.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, including the Harsha Equipments logo, product designs, text, and images on this website and in our brochures, is the intellectual property of Harsha Equipments. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
Harsha Equipments shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits or business interruption) arising from the use or inability to use our machinery.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
